Meet Mr. Sideregts,

 

My name is Ernesto Sideregts. I am a highly experienced and passionate coach with 20+ years of experience in Strength and Conditioning Training. Throughout my career, I have helped countless individuals and teams achieve their goals and reach their full potential.

 

My passion for coaching started when I played college basketball in Venezuela, graduated in Physical Education and Sports, I was always very attracted to exercise science and how the body moves. From there I worked developing youth talent in basketball and worked all the way up until becoming a college basketball coach for a couple of seasons in Universidad Jose Gregorio Hernandez, I also helped professional players from the Venezuelan league with Strength and Condition Training.

 

My coaching style is centered around creating a supportive and motivating environment that encourages individuals to challenge themselves and strive for excellence. I believe in the power of positive reinforcement and constructive feedback to help individuals develop their skills and overcome obstacles.

 

Overall, I am a dedicated and skilled coach who is passionate about helping individuals and teams achieve their full potential. My approach is tailored to each client's unique needs and goals, and I am committed to delivering exceptional results.
