TUITION BREAKDOWN FOR INDIANAPOLIS RESIDENTS

A $500.00 security deposit must be made upon commitment to hold the athletes place on the team roster. The security deposit is due within five business days upon commitment or the offer will be rescinded. This is a first come first pay basis program and roster space is limited. No roster spot will be held without a security deposit. All agreed financial terms will be outlined in a contract specifically written for each student athlete and must be signed and notarized by the student athlete and guardian who has agreed to accept the financial responsibility. Monthly tuition is paid on the first of each month. Team travel and hotel costs are included in tuition.

All student athletes who have an overall High School GPA of 3.0 or higher will automatically be eligible for a partial tuition scholarship.

All program participants will be billed on the first of each and every month of the 2023 season.

Tuition billing regardless of the month will not be prorated. All payments must be complete under the contract terms made no later than the 3rd day of the calendar month.

The 2023 prep season will officially start Monday August 14th 2023 and officially ending in April 2024, this is a 9 month contract and final billing will be April 2024.

as well as one road meal per day for games traveled over 2 hours.

Residential Facilities Residence in a climate-controlled home, where rooms have bunk bed sleeping arraignment. The home is television ready with wifi for athletes. The home has a furnished common living room area as well as a fully equipped kitchen.

Academic materials and supplies such as (SAT & ACT study or testing)

Personal Travel Expenses - Parents should budget for trips home on "major leaves" as well as weekend leaves. All

Personal Purchases - Snacks, supplies for personal hygiene, etc.

Primary Medical/Health Insurance -

Allowance Accounts, Elite will not issue loans or credits for spending to its athletes.

IEP has rolling enrollment, which means we accept students throughout the course of the year. (August/September, October, January, and February)

 

Tuition Provides Only 60% of Our Operating Costs

Our policy is to try to ensure that our tuition revenue is set at only about 60% of the full annual cost of operating the program. We make up the difference through donations to the program and through student and family participation in fundraisers.
